Luc Langevin's presentation addresses a universal theme that resonates with each of us from childhood: the aspiration to realize our dreams. Although many have dreams, few are fully committed to pursuing them. But, are they really out of reach? In this conference, illusionist and physicist Luc Langevin reveals to us how he abandoned a doctorate in biophotonics to embrace a career as a professional illusionist. He tells us, through anecdotes and a magical demonstration, how science guided his career, how the creative process became routine and how each failure brought him closer to his childhood dream.

The conference will conclude with a question session with the public, all lasting 60 minutes.
